I think as a customer and a grad school applicant who values the outcome heavily, my requests are detailed and even a bit strict sometimes. But Emily attentively answers to every question that I have throughout the whole process.
Although we reached to diverged ideas when we were at V3, Emily convinced me and we finally reached to a consensus.

PS: A tip for VIP users, if you get confused by the half-done versions in the middle of the journey, simply convey your thoughts and trust Emily, she will optimize your document and the end.

但是系统故障有点多了，多次遇到文档上传不了；还有顾问也反映遇到文档无法下载的情况。
