第二次改完后就只能complain,不能再联系顾问修改吗?这样的设计不太合理呀

我是MyDocumate产品开发部负责人 Bill。深度修改服务在设定中即为两次修改,大部分情况下,两次修改就会达到服务的标准。但有些情况下,如果因为顾问的原因,使得两次修改的文书荏苒不能让您满意,您可以在服务订单中提交投诉。
您投诉后,我们专门处理投诉的外籍顾问就会跟进处理。投诉处理顾问会客观地判断投诉的问题,并且决定将服务交回给您之前的顾问处理或者由投诉顾问处理。所以您投诉并且通过后,是会有外籍顾问对您的文书再作修改的。不过我看了下您的服务订单,您并没有投诉呀?
