有一次网站在我付费之后半夜崩了，我还以为被骗钱了。不过这都是小事，客服很ok！ 网站在用户指引方面可以做得更好一些，因为我有一次顾问改好了文书但是我没收到邮件导致反馈不及时，并且在界面上的提示不是很显眼。可以在服务不同的状态设置不同颜色的button（现在都是绿色的不是很显眼）。
