Diane is kind and helpful, her service is excellent. Although our communication is not so effecient at first (becauese this is the first time I use My Documate and have lots of confusion not be solved, like how to fill out the VIP questionnaires), her patience and great writing ability give me confidence and help me find the best way to express myself. However, we still met some problems, mostly because of jet lag, but most of time we can communiacte with each other in time. in a word, I recommand Diane as a good professor to whoever want to make study application.

这个问题我们已经解决了， 现在顾问使用的是word版本的VIP问卷， 相比workbook版本我们已经做了简化了哦。
