Everything is good, the pricing is clear, the feedback is on time, the system works smoothly. I have only one suggestion, for the feedback function, it can only handle one document submission at a time. But sometimes with communication with the advisor, I need to submit more than one to express myself clearer. I hope the system would allow me to do so.
Allen is very nice in the whole four founds of editing. He helped me pick out useful materials, organize the outline, polish the language, and provide very insightful comments that I always find useful. He's quick and on-time responses always release my stress, especially when I am in a very busy stage and have to postpone feedbacks a lot. It's like taking an English writing course when working with Allen, I learned a lot and I really enjoyed it. Thanks again Allen for making me more confident about the application!
