This is a 100% 5-star rate! Raola was really patient on all of my materials and he/she did put a lot of efforts in reading the materials and digging the shinning points from them. Also, I often gave him/her my feedback late and he/she never complained about it. It was really nice collaborating with Raola and he/she helped in my SOP significantly!! I couldn't be more grateful for his/her professionalism and efforts!!
Overall, the advisor responded rapidly and did a good job. One place that can be improved is that maybe the outline should contain more details and give clients more accurate instruction on what materials should be used in writing.
