老师非常nice和专业， 客服小助手也非常尽职。
网站设计也比较美观，但是在系统上发邮件的界面不够人性化，写邮件不方便，希望能够改进一下。
另外手机登录网页操作也不够流畅，如果可以开发app会更好。

Jaclyn is very professional, efficient and responsible. She has made my materials so much better that I even think it's a loss for my dream schools if they do not let me in. hahahahah!
