This is the second time I work with Jake and I think I have to comment honestly.
Pro- Efficiently reduced the word counts; Spotted and fixed some awkward expressions; Friendly, and replied fast.
Con- Altered some of the original meanings; Ignored or used some repetitive words and phrases (although Jake was very responsive and offered suggestion after I pointing out the problems, I did spend extra time checking the statement myself).
Overall- Satisfactory but below my expectations given the editor's background.
真的是很认真（也尽量客观）的评价了，润色并无差错，但也并没有让人惊艳（基于顾问fancy的英语功底衡量），好几处重复的用词只要用心是可以避免或减少的（我都可以发现），感觉更像流水线的work（可能因为我只购买了最便宜的服务），性价比一般般吧

It's more than grateful and fortune to work with Adam for nearly 2 years. (I bought 2 packages for 2 years and we just finished the first one due to a pause in application.) Adam has been highly professional-responsible, reliable, meticulous, efficient, well-organized with timely response; furthermore, he perfectly understands the subtlety of wording and polishes documents bringing surprising results.
Firstly, while working on the first round of applications which covered 2 programs, Adam and I had Skype talk for almost every important document(RL, PS, essays). His effort showed how responsible and serious he treated this editing.
Secondly, as I was applying for 7 programs, sometimes documents were needed urgently. Adam replied messages quickly and sometimes provided the document on the next day. The efficient support helped me a lot during the stressful application.
Thirdly, Adam is very detailed and well-organized. He provided 7 versions of personal statement for my business analytics’PS, according to the difference in word length and topics. He even went through the web-page of each faculty to provide more information. How he handled the workload was surprising.
Finally, Adam polishes document with a clear, concise and slightly reserved storytelling. Compared with some “glowing”materials produced by the assembly lines of agencies, resumes/personal statements edited by him read modest but confident and professional.
It has been such a great opportunity to work with Adam, thus I’d like to recommend his editing to any applicant who meets his expertise.

The platform is overall well-designed but still with some flaws and inflexibility. The assistant Nydia is responsive, reliable, very friendly and efficient.
