    O(∩_∩)O真的是很棒的反馈。这一点可以通过 1注意查收芝士圈发送的订单动态邮件 2  关注芝士圈留小助手服务号（微信号：mydocumateassistant )并绑定账户 来接收订单动态提醒。（PS！据很多用户反馈163邮箱常常收不到我们的邮件，另外微信提醒因为腾讯邮箱的问题，偶尔会有遗漏，建议定期来我们网站查看订单动态）

希望在注册账号时就绑定邮箱，而不是之后再弹出对话框建议绑定邮箱，因为通知都是通过邮箱发送的，最开始我没绑定，都没及时收到顾问安排时间的通知，之后绑定了才能收到，有些耽误事

很棒，流程很清晰透明，也让人感受到你们的专业。唯一有些麻烦的是和顾问聊天只能版聊，不太方便，再加上有时差，比较难实时交流。

    非常感谢您的反馈，如果用户需要和文书顾问语音沟通，欢迎加购skype服务，另外，订单留言也有很大优点的，比如通过一次留言（可添加附件哦），用户就可以把自己想到的问题集中反馈给顾问，这样就不需要太多次的等待啦^_^

能不能出个手机app啥的，微信公众号还是不太方便而且消息查收的不太及时。

    感谢您的反馈，手机APP我们正在考虑当中。说到及时查收订单消息，如果您账户有绑定邮箱，并且在 芝士圈留学小助手（微信服务号：mydocumateassistant） 上绑定了账户的话，那您可以通过 查看邮件 和服务号消息来获取订单动态哦（不过 腾讯邮件系统有时会有异常），最保险的办法还是及时查看订单（如果不方便使用电脑，可以在手机浏览器登陆账户并保存密码，把网站保存到书签，这样只要每次拿出手机，就可以轻松获知订单动态了^_^）
