服务流程中，提交反馈的位置不明显。我第一次就在对话框那提交了反馈的essay。微信平台可以考虑直接有一个跟踪服务流程的信息推送，每次都要点进我的服务比较麻烦。But it is good overall, keep up ur work.

    感谢您的反馈和肯定。我们正在优化订单操作页面，优化后的操作页面非常清晰明了，期待早日上线。关于微信推送服务消息的问题，【1】您可以关注 芝士圈留学小助手（微信服务号：mydocumateassistant） ，并绑定账户的话，就可以通过 服务号消息来获取订单动态啦，【2】（不过 腾讯邮件系统有时会有异常）部分消息可能无法送达，最保险的办法还是及时进入“我的服务”查看订单，【3】如果不方便使用电脑，可以在手机浏览器登陆账户并保存密码，把网站保存到书签，这样只要每次拿出手机，就可以轻松获知订单动态了 ^_^
