简介Since graduating from Oxford University with a BA in English Literature and German, I have worked as a copywriter, English teacher and broadcast journalist. I also have extensive experience proofreading academic texts and translating documents from Mandarin Chinese and German into English. In summer 2014 I was awarded an MA degree with distinction in broadcast journalism from the University of Sheffield. Subsequently I have worked in production at local BBC News, and as a video journalist for the EU broadcaster Vieuws.

自我介绍After graduating from Oxford University with a BA degree in English Literature and German in 2007, I took up an internship at BBC World Have Your Say. I then became a web journalist at UK Web Media, writing consumer-focused articles and reviews for several price-comparison websites, now under the Recombu banner. In 2009 I moved to Taipei, where I worked as a TEFL teacher for two years and subsequently as a broadcast journalist at the English-speaking radio station ICRT. During this time I learnt to write and speak Mandarin Chinese, and gained significant experience proofreading academic texts and translating documents from Chinese to English. I also tutored adults and children one-to-one in general and business English. In 2013 I returned to the UK to pursue an MA degree in broadcast journalism at the University of Sheffield, winning a Scott Trust bursary. I worked part-time for Authentic Recruitment, project-managing a video-marketing campaign. I also interned on the Guardian's multimedia desk.
