I also currently work for an NGO where I am responsible for writing, editing and proofing various content both online and in print. This has taught me to have an eye for detail and given me the knowledge of how to communicate clearly but persuasively and effectively. I believe that well-crafted writing is powerful and together we can help show admissions departments your worth and demonstrate why you should have the opportunity to pursue the programmes and subjects of your interest.

Previously I have worked in secondary education where I was involved in tutoring and mentoring students in academic work and university applications. Because of this and my own experiences I am very familiar with the higher education admissions process and what makes a unique and strong application and enjoy working 1-1 with individuals to help them achieve their goals. I can provide the structural, grammatical and operational tools to shape your personal expression, character and purposes.

I have also worked in English Language Schools as a House Manager, responsible for the welfare of students from all over the world learning English. I understand  the difficulty of trying to communicate with limited vocabulary. Building relationships with people from all over the world through language-barriers has been so rewarding and has made me a patient and creative communicator. I believe we can have a productive partnership through our different in cultures, languages and geographical distance.

    Only wording problems are revised, such as "a lot of" change to “various”,"important" change to "essential"...
    I think you should focus more on the sentence structure and expression of the essay.

      Hi there! Sorry you were disappointed I didn't change your sentences extensively. They are predominantly fine which was why the focus of the edit is on word choice, tense, suffixes and prepositions in order for it to be of native-speaker quality. If you'd like me to take another look with a focus on sentences then I'd be happy to do so, please message me.

    I am really happy to meet Anna here. The direction I am applying for is not popular among Chinese students which brings me stress that I have no guidance and I have no way to get suggestions from an experienced. Anna did more than polish the vocabulary and logic of my statement, she helped me to think about what I am good at and what I want to do in the future study. With working with her, I got a clearer mind towards future. My last draft is more satisfying thanks to her proficiency,efficiency and her kindness.
