Currently working in a large law firm in Shanghai as a lawyer and focusing on IPO, NEEQ listing and M&A. Have experience in corporate banking and financing from working in Bank of Communications. State Judicial Examination passed (400+), and CPA in progress. Had published articles in dometic and foreign academic journals.
目前在上海一家大型律师事务所工作，主要从事IPO、新三板上市和并购业务。在交通银行工作，有企业银行和融资的经验。国家司法考试通过(400+)，注册会计师正在进行中。在国内外学术期刊上发表论文。
