Previously as an M.S. Financial Engineering student at Columbia University and BSc (Actuarial Science) student at the University of Hong Kong, Yifu Xu is currently working as a Traded Risk Analytics Manager at HSBC in Hong Kong. Yifu is in charge of market risk and credit risk modeling for FX, equity, fixed income and credit products. Prior to that, Yifu was a Risk Analyst at State Street in Hong Kong and Boston and an Actuarial Analyst at American International Group in New York City. With solid multicultural academic background and 7+ years strong industrial experience, Yifu is competent to provide school application guidance on subjects such as financial engineering, finance, business analytics, risk management, actuarial science and etc. In addition, Yifu is strong in career guidance on risk management, risk consulting, quantitative, actuarial and any analytics related positions.
