阿姆斯特丹大学的PhD主要是两种形式，一种是作为employee的 internal PhD(即职位制PhD)， 另一种是Contract or External PhD (申请奖学金或self-funded).

岗位制PHD

• 一般是9月1号开学，或者根据导师的projects~
• 学制一般4年。
• 在个别情况下，申请人会被雇佣为PhD Fellows, 需要同时承担科研和教学任务，这种PhD的时间周期为6年。
• 无学费。

申请时间点： 

一般每年2月份的第1周会公布vacancies, 其它公布时间根据导师的projects

Contract PhD Candidates

• 12月1号或5月1号开学。
• 学制4年。
• 无学费。

External PhD Candidates

• 12月1号或5月1号开学。
• 学制不超过6年。
• 个人费用每年2,500欧。

申请Contract or External PhD:

套磁导师同意接收后，递交申请，至少提交以下材料：

• A cover letter

• A cv

• A research proposal (max. 5 pages excl. bibliography) 

• A previously written paper

• Names and contact details of two (academic) referees

• A brief description of current 

professional responsibilities and the extent to which this will allow sufficient time to initiate and complete the PhD research within a period of, in principle, 6 years.

Prof. Hugenholtz is a world-leading expert in the field of international and European copyright law, and a regularly invited speaker at international conferences.

05 Prof. I. (Ingo) Venzke

Professor of International Law and Social Justice.

研究方向：

the theory and practice of interpretation in international law and on the different functions that international courts play in global governance. More recently, he has carried out research on contingency in the course of international law.
