申请条件

✔ 本科相关专业领域，且最后两年GPA3.3+/4

✔ 语言成绩：雅思6.5/托福90 （如果之前的学位是英语授课，可以豁免）

不需要提交GRE，并且在受理申请时也不考虑GRE成绩。

注意: 申请前一定要套磁，获得导师同意后才能递交申请。做网申时需要提交导师的Expression of Interest (letter/email)

时间点：秋季开学DDL：4月15号；冬季开学（1月开学）DDL：7月15号。

费用

学费：约8000加币/每年

Funding ：所有录取的学生自动获得funding。

01 Mohamed Al-Hussein

Research overview:

Dr. Al-Hussein’s research has proffered a number of contributions to the industrialization of the building construction process through the development of modular and offsite construction technologies. This has included construction automation for equipment selection and on-site utilization; 3D- and 4D-modelling and automation; optimizing construction operations; automating the design and drafting process; minimizing construction material waste through intelligent 3D-design;

02 Alireza Bayat

Professor, Faculty of Engineering – Civil and Environmental Engineering Dept

Research interests:

Dr. Bayat’s research interests include underground and road infrastructure. Worldwide urban population growth—with the UN projecting that 68% of people will live in urban areas by 2050 —is leading to increased challenges in building and maintaining infrastructure. Dr. Bayat’s multidisciplinary research focuses on meeting these challenges through sustainable, environmentally responsible methods, including the use of waste or recycled materials, and construction methods with less environmental impact, such as trenchless technologies.

03 Yang Liu

Research interests:

•Main stream and side stream municipal wastewater nutrient reduction

•Wastewater resource recovery and water reuse

•Industrial wastewtaer treatment

•Bacterial adhesion and biofilm formation

06 Tong Yu

Deputy Director, Centre for European Studies

Research interests:

My research focuses on migrant cultures and diaspora, particularly life narratives, issues of displacement and transcultural experience. I am also interested in memory studies, memorialization and the politics of memory.
