对英国留学党来说，PSW签证绝对是一个无法抗拒的巨大利好。

那么什么是PSW签证呢？Post-Study Work，旨在让拥有学士、硕士、博士毕业文凭的国际留学生毕业之后，有时间在英国找工作或者开展商业活动。

自从英国重新开放PSW签证以来，英国留学的群体占比上升逐渐上升，甚至在去年超过美国，成为世界第一大留学目的地，英国留学成为了不少同学的首选。

这足以说明PSW签证在英国留学生心目中的地位。

更让人惊喜的是，最近又有一个关于PSW签证的好消息。

PSW可延长至3年

7月1日英国商务部官宣，从2021年毕业的这一届博士国际学生开始，将有资格申请3年的PSW签证。

也就是毕业后可在英国待三年，比本科和硕士毕业生多一年，这期间学习、生活、工作都可以。

这意味着，在英国读博士的国际学生，毕业后在英国就业机会更大了。

为此，英国政府建立了一个“office for Talent”（人才办公室），且立即开始工作，以评估现行法规的有效性，并将确保整个移民系统为客户提供优质服务。

这一政策是英国最新发布的“研究和发展路线图”的一部分，这一路线图为英国未来吸引人才制定了计划，减少不必要的繁文缛节，确保最优秀的人才能在英国获得支持。

英国的全球人才计划，将面向包括欧盟公民在内的全球各国人才，英国希望全世界最聪明的人来学习，并为他们提供一份有竞争力的工作。

国际学生签证政策变化

对于今年超12万的中国留英党来说，疫情下无法入境，如何申请、延长学生签和工签，也成了燃眉之急。

好在近期英国移民局重磅发布的“针对疫情下Tier 4留学生签证问题”白皮书，分分钟解决留学生的心头大患，同学们心心念念的签证问题，也终于有了回音。

在这份白皮书中，英国内政部正式确认：在境外或境内进行线上课程的2020/2021国际学生，只要在2021年4月6日前入境英国并满足条件，都有资格申请PSW签证，毕业后有2年时间可以留在英国找工作。

但一旦疫情好转，条件允许，持有Tier 4签证的国际生都需要尽快回英国进行线下上课。

国际学生的签证政策在今年秋天也会发生巨大变化。这些变化将包括：

①延长申请学生的申请签证窗口

②取消postgraduate阶段学习时间限制

③允许所有学生在英国境内转换签证类型

一旦这些政策开始实施，目前在英国在读的学生和今年秋季入学的学生都可享受政策变化带来的便利。

这一系列的利好政策，预计2021年英国申请会更加激烈，所以有条件的话，不如赶下英国春季申请的便车吧！
