1.WHO AM I
Hello，我是顾问Tina，毕业于国内985／211大学金融系本科，申请美国研究生全程DIY。录取到全美前10学校的Master of Finance之后，继续申请Master of Business Analytics和Master of Data Science项目，最终成功转行码农。
除了美国之外，我也帮助同学进行了英国、澳洲方向MSc Finance和MSc Business Analytics的申请，都取得了不错的结果哦！
2.关于DIY
受到学姐DIY成功的影响，我也决定走上这条自力更生的道路。如何制定申请timeline并按时按质完成每个步骤，如何客观正确地定位自己，如何补足自身短板，如何选校，如何做成绩认证，如何绕过黑中介获得国外一手信息，如何找到申请伙伴，如何写出漂亮的文书等，都是DIY同学必须要了解的，也是我在DIY过程中感触最深的。

3.关于英语成绩
我考过雅思托福，杀过GMAT，差点再在转行的道路上斗争GRE。也由于觉得自己的英语成绩不够competitive而写过optional essay。（Optional essay：很多学校允许申请者额外写一篇文书来解释自己的薄弱项，或详细描述某次经历等等）
英语成绩在申请中的地位还是蛮重要的。在其他条件相同的情况下，它决定了你能申请哪一档的学校。如果想要通过optional letter增强竞争力，想在申请季再冲刺一下成绩，或在英语学习中有困惑和瓶颈，欢迎和我交流！

Sunday Drama Fun is a non-profit enterprise led by three professors from the economics and management school of Southeast University, aiming at fostering English language fluency in children through the use of extra-curricular arts activities.
• Help create and analyze various business and product models for the new entity after mining data and analyzing financial factors such as environmental factor to estimate sales volume and focus the strategy.
• Worked on the creative side, co-developing adapted Western dramas and creating Disney-themed videos working with American teacher.
Zijin Trust (Nanjing) Co., Ltd
Financial Assistant
• Searched for semi-annual reports of 68 Chinese trust companies from China Foreign Exchange Trade System (CFETS).
Analyzed their income statements and balance sheets by calculating various financial ratios, such as return on equity and return on investment, on Excel.
• Drew up interbank business agreements with Bank of Communications and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, and evaluated monthly Zijin Trust transaction details.
• Audited 50 contracts of installment and expense accounts of branch companies, for both financial and operational purposes, and addressed 300 individual financial reimbursement applications.
2nd Youth Olympic Games Organizing Committee
NOC (National Olympic Committee) Assistant
• Served the Trinidad and Tobago team (TTO) for 15 hours per day, with general affairs support, including language translation, transport service, and competition service, etc. Received a “very satisfied” evaluation by superiors and team members.
• Did media-related job such as video editing for the whole volunteer group.
China Everbright Bank Co.,Ltd
Sales Intern
• Designed and distributed questionnaires through SOJUMP to investigate the payment habits of three categories of
populations,!i.e. students, families and professionals.
• Analyzed the collected data on Excel, concluding that students had the highest acceptance level of online payment.
• Promoted Yaoyao Payment, a new application developed by China Everbright Bank, in various universities, with over 70 customers installing this application on their mobile phones within two weeks.

Research Assistant
Research on Financial Literacy and Risk Attitude Based on Microscopic Survey Data
• Collected financial research materials related to topics such as subprime crisis and impact of financial crisis, from the
open class Knowledge @ Wharton, organizing the important viewpoints into a report.
• Translated the prospectus’ social investigation section, including information disclosure, from English to Chinese.
• Designed measuring scale to investigate adults’ financial behavior and risk appetite, and assisted Dr. Tao Zhu in
completing his paper “Financial Literacy and Risk Appetite - the Practical Studies Based on Microscopic Survey Data.”
2nd Asia Youth Olympic Games Organizing Committee

• Served the Hong Kong China team (HKG) for 60 hours per week, with general affairs support, including language translation, transport service, and competition service, etc. Received a “very satisfied” evaluation by superiors and team members.

Students' Union of Economics and Management School in Southeast University
• Scheduled budget plans and verified the cash flow of the students’ union for two years and solicited sponsorship by negotiating with small business ventures around the university prior to big events.
• Managed the online marketing of the students’ union by establishing Sina microblog and Wechat platforms, increasing the number of followers by 109%.
