• Runner-Up in Cambridge Judge Business School Consulting Case Competition (Awarded grade of 79%). • Worked on a Consulting Case with Shell in championing gender equality within the Shipping and Maritime Industry: how can Shell achieve 1% (of overall fleet officer population) sustainable increase in female mariners over a 12-month period? ♣ Conducted 10 focus group interviews with male and female mariners, met with members of Shell’s onshore teams, and researched how a gender balance is pursued in other industries like cruise, oil and the U.S Navy. ♣ Crafted a 80-page business report with 15 “out-of-the-box” recommendations to fill the gaps in Shell’s current talent pipeline; designed an innovative marketing campaign entitled “#YesSheSails” which is dedicated to bring the bring the experience of being a female mariner ashore, and make such experiences visible and relatable to the public via a portable shipping container equipped with multimedia and interactive displays.
